Pressure-sensitive adhesive thickener is a kind of auxiliary agent which can increase the viscosity, rheology, and thixotropy of pressure-sensitive adhesive. Its role mainly has the following points:

1. Improve the viscosity of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, so that it can better adhere to the surface of the object.
2. Increase the thixotropy of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, so that it can be better distributed on the surface of the object, thereby improving the adhesive force.
3. Improve the fluidity of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, so that it can better flow to the concave and convex parts of the surface of the object.

For example, if you find that the adhesive force is not strong enough when using pressure-sensitive adhesive for label production, you can consider adding a pressure-sensitive adhesive thickener. After adding the right amount of pressure-sensitive adhesive thickener, the viscosity of pressure-sensitive adhesive can be increased, and its thixotropy can be improved, to enhance the adhesive force.
