Heat resistant ultra-low peel force protective film pressure sensitive adhesive and new progress?

Acrylate adhesive is formed by copolymerization of several acrylate monomers, which often adds crosslinking agent, catalyst, viscosifying resin, softener, makeup filler and other additives. Solvent-based acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive has the advantages of good optical properties, good wettability, fast drying speed and easy processing.

At present, acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive is widely used in the field of electronics, screen protection, film packaging, labeling, medicine and other fields play an important role.

But ordinary pressure sensitive adhesive has the problem of heat resistance, can only be used at room temperature, limiting its application. Pressure sensitive adhesive heat resistance is an obvious performance of pressure sensitive adhesive under the condition of 180 ~ 210 ℃, after a period of use, it will be stripped from the surface of the adhesive, the adhesive surface residual glue, some even colloid all transfer to the adhesive. The heat resistance of acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive can be improved by improving the degree of crosslinking, increasing the cohesion and rigidity. However, if you need to get good comprehensive properties such as heat resistance, aging resistance and mechanical properties, in-depth research is needed.

The molecular chains of high temperature resistant molecules must have stable crosslinking points and sufficient cohesion strength to ensure the stability of pressure sensitive adhesive at high temperature. There are three common ways to improve heat resistance:

(1) Introducing polar heat-resistant groups;

(2) Introducing aromatic ring;

(3) Increase the degree of crosslinking.

At present, researchers have used KH570 to modify the surface of superfine talcum powder, superfine kaolin and rigid rod-like CNC, so that the surface is connected with double bonds, and then in-situ composite with acrylic monomer to obtain modified acrylic composite pressure sensitive adhesive. After composite, the initial adhesion, holding adhesion and peeling strength of acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive are increased significantly, all increasing by more than 20%.

A pressure sensitive adhesive was synthesized from isooctyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, vinyl acetate, lauryl methacrylate, glycyl methacrylate and special monomers. With the addition of appropriate crosslinking agent, the adhesive tape was made with high temperature resistance of 180 ℃ /4 h and electrolyte resistance of 85 ℃ /24 h without degumming. Solution polymerization of butyl acrylate, isooctyl acrylate, hydroxyethyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate was carried out. It was found that the introduction of diplomatic agent N3390 could significantly increase the cohesion and improve the resistance of the protective film to damp and heat aging.
